Posted by: Rocco on Friday, December 28th, 2007

If you are like most people you will be making some New Year’s resolutions next week. Sadly a lot of people start out strong but end up giving up come February or March. But there are some ways to make sure that you can keep those New Year’s resolutions.

Here are four tips to help you keep your New Year’s resolutions.

  1. Be realistic. Don’t make resolutions that are not attainable.
  2. Be prepared for the unexpected. Things won’t always go as planned so leave room for some setbacks.
  3. Stay committed. Create a schedule to help stay on track and tell friend and family about your resolutions so that you will have someone to be accountable to.
  4. Keep up with your progress. Be sure to create a way to track your progress so that you will know how you are doing.
