DIY Halloween Decorations: The Strobe Ghost
Halloween decorations can be expensive, but they don’t have to be. In fact, you can make most Halloween decorations yourself. The people over at ScaryGuys.com have a great idea for a DIY Ghost for Halloween called the Strobe Ghost.
All you need to make the Strobe Ghost are:
- Strobe light
- Outdoor rubber socket (with wires)
- Pipe clamp (2″)
- A pole or stake around 5′
- 12 gauge wire (about 6′)
- aluminum pie plate (10″-12″)
- 18 gauge zip cord or outdoor wire (about 20′ worth)
- two-prong electrical plug
- clear plastic (approx. 5′ by 10′)
- wire nuts
- electrical tape or clear packing tape
- nylon cord (about 1′)
- misc. tools like wire stripper, utility knife, screwdriver, hammer, pliers and more.
