Traditional egg bread with a swirl of cinnamon.
Prepare using the recipe for Egg Bread.
After dividing the dough in half, roll each half into a 12×6-in rectangle. Lightly brush dough with water.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar with 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar onto each rectangle, covering the entire area of the dough.
Roll up the dough, starting at one of the short side. Seal the edge and ends.
Place dough in greased loaf pans, sealed side down.
