Marshmallow Topping

A sweet substitute for meringue or plain whipped cream.

INGREDIENTS:

30 marshmallow, regular-sized
1/4 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream

DIRECTIONS:

Heat milk in double boiler or over extremely low heat.

Add marshmallows and stir into milk until completely melted.

Allow marshmallow and milk mixture to cool.

Fold in whipping cream until well-combined.
