Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Monday, January 21, 2008 is when we will observe Martin Luther King, Jr. Day here in the United States.

This holiday is observed on the third Monday of January each year to commemorate Dr. King’s birthday, which was on January 15th.

This holiday is one of only four that are in observance of an individual person.
