Prepare using the recipe for Butter Cream Frosting.
Before adding powdered sugar, beat 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder into butter or margarine.
Stir 1 tablespoon of instant coffee crystals into the 1/4 c. of milk. Mix well. You may have to let the crystals stand in the milk for a few minutes to let the crystals dissolve completely.
