So, today is National Stress Awareness Day in the United States. Chances are you don’t need a special day to be aware of your stress. But you should take today to think long and hard about the stress in your life and, hopefully, find ways to eliminate some of it.
Take a hike, take a hot bath, take a stress test.
And, yes, it’s on purpose that National Stress Awareness Day comes the day after tax day.
